Meadowsend Consulting Company is the consulting arm of a family-owned partnership. It is made up of a small team of dedicated and experienced individuals who over the years have fostered long term client relations on over 100,000 acres of timberlands throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. This extensive land base provides the foundation for the practice of our creative, progressive, sustainable and both ecologically and economically viable forest management. We believe sound forest stewardship begins in the woods, but does not end there. Our work strives to foster connecting people to the land, support local economies, uphold social responsibility and embrace educational and recreational opportunities.
Through these efforts we have developed a vision that does not sacrifice ecological and social vitality for economic success. In fact, long-term economic viability is dependent upon ecological and social vitality, which in turn requires a keen eye towards interpreting and understanding the past forest management and land use, evaluating the present condition, and incorporating our knowledge and experience to positively impact the future.
